- Give A/C unit a tag with an ID#.
- Write down pertinient info about unit: make/model, BTUs, size, condition, notes.
- Enter info on your "A/C INVENTORY" Exel spreadsheet.
- When you get a recipient, just mark off on Inventory Sheet which unit you'll be using. |
