Sponsorship Opportunities

We are excited to announce our Third Annual “Cinco de Mayo 5K Race & Perfect Smile Mile” Run/Walk, a community fundraiser to support Camp Virginia Jaycee an organization that provides recreational opportunities to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.


The race take place on Saturday, May 5th 2011 at 8:00am at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront and consists of a 5K race, a one mile run/walk, raffles and an award ceremony following the race.  You can support our event by making a monetary donation or items that can be used as a raffle prize.As a donating sponsor, your logo will appear on the back of each race participant T-shirt and if provided, company marketing information and/or coupons can also be placed in participants goodie bags along with your product samples.

 We also offer various sponsorship packages for the event:
  • Platinum Sponsor - $1,000
    • Company logo on the back of each race participant’s T-shirt
    • Company logo displayed on sponsorship banners at the event
    • Company name announced during raffle drawings and award ceremony
    • 4 guest registrations to either the 5K race or Perfect Smile Mile Run/Walk
  • Gold Sponsor - $500
    • Company logo on the back of each race participant's T-shirt
    • Company logo displayed on sponsorship banners at the event
    • Company name announced during raffle drawings and award ceremony
    • 2 guest registrations to either the 5K race or Perfect Smile Mile Run/Walk
    • Opportunity for a promo table at the event (while availability lasts)
  • Silver Sponsor - $250
    • Company logo on the back of each race participant's T-shirt
    • Company name announced during raffle drawings and award ceremony
  • Bronze Sponsor - $100
    • Company logo on the back of each race participant's T-shirt

Camp Virginia Jaycee is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization and your donation is tax deductible. Your generous and thoughtful contribution to this worthwhile cause will help us provide a week of joy to both campers and caregivers.
